I emailed several times with no reply. I left a message for them to call me back and never got a call back, I then called 3 more times before I could get anyone to talk to.

Ordered a cover for my truck...came fast but was not what I expected. Cheap, made in China, material not much thicker than mylar.

Decided to return. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would not respond to emails. Called and was told to expect shipping label and RMA number.

Got an email saying my return was under review. Going back to the website and reading their return policies I cannot send it back anyway because they want it as it was received...in the original box which it no longer fits once it's unfolded. Of course hidden in the text is the 20% restocking fee and no indication that the return postage fee will be way higher than it should be. So basically they will end up with perhaps 50% of what I paid for the cover if I return it.

I was totally ripped off. Had I kept the cover, which is not accurately shown, no place for side mirrors, I would have to cut in to it for the antenna.

So I will either donate it to someplace or cut it apart and use the material to scare birds. Lesson learned.
