I ordered a custom fit boat cover by year and model of my boat. The cover they sent was a foot short and 6 inches too narrow.
I called the company and was told that based on their information, I had the right cover. Obviously if it doesn't fit, it isn't the correct cover. I asked for a return authorization for a refund which took nearly a week. I returned the cover with all the original packaging and in the original box it came in.
However, when the refund was processed they kept 20% for a restocking fee.
Not sure how that works, they send me a custom cover that doesn't fit and then I have to pay a restocking fee? Very poor customer service and even shadier business practices.
